Summit Peak Roofing

Water stains on a ceiling, a drip in the attic or shingles in the yard after a windy night are all signs your roof needs attention. The sooner a problem is fixed, the less it tends to cost.

Common repairs we handle

  • Missing, cracked or lifted shingles
  • Leaks around chimneys, skylights, walls and valleys
  • Worn or cracked pipe boots and roof vents
  • Damaged drip edge and flashing
  • Soft spots in the roof deck

How a repair visit works

  1. We find the source. Water often travels before it shows up inside, so we trace it back to where it enters.
  2. We explain what we found. You get photos and a plain-language explanation of the problem and the fix.
  3. We repair it and clean up. Materials are matched as closely as possible to your existing roof.

If the roof has reached the end of its life, we will say so and walk you through repair and replacement options so you can decide.

Questions

Before you call.

Which areas do you serve?

We work in Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton and Boulder. If you are close by but not sure we cover your street, give us a call at (303) 555-0147 and ask.

My roof was hit by hail. What should I do first?

Stay off the roof and take photos from the ground if it is safe. If water is coming in, call us right away. Otherwise, schedule an inspection: we will check the roof, vents, flashing and gutters and give you photos and a written summary you can share with your insurance company.

Should I repair my roof or replace it?

It depends on the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is and how it has held up. After an inspection we explain what we found and give you the options. If a repair will do the job, we will tell you.

How long does a roof replacement take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the roof and on the weather. We will give you an expected schedule with your estimate and keep you posted if weather moves things around.

Do you install and repair gutters?

Yes. We install new gutters and downspouts, replace damaged sections, fix leaks and re-pitch gutters that hold water. If you are replacing your roof, we can look at the gutters as part of the same project.

What are your hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. You can send a request through the website at any time.

How do I get an estimate?

Call (303) 555-0147 or send a request through the contact form with your address and what you are seeing. We will arrange a time to look at the roof and follow up with a written estimate.
