Summit Peak Roofing

Every roof reaches a point where patching it costs more than it saves. Granules collect in the gutters, shingles curl or crack, leaks show up in new places, and storms leave more damage each season. That is usually when a full replacement is the better investment.

What a replacement with us includes

  • An inspection first. We look at the roof, the attic and the flashing so the estimate reflects your actual roof, not a guess.
  • A written estimate. You see the scope, the materials and the price before anything starts.
  • Complete tear-off. Old roofing comes off down to the deck so we can check it and replace any soft or damaged boards.
  • The full system. Underlayment, drip edge, flashing at walls, chimneys and vents, ventilation and the new roof covering, installed to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Daily cleanup. We protect landscaping, sweep for nails and haul away debris.

Built for Front Range weather

Denver roofs deal with hail, high wind, strong sun at altitude and quick freeze-thaw swings. We talk through material options with that in mind, including impact-resistant shingles, so you can choose what fits your home and budget.

Questions

Before you call.

Which areas do you serve?

We work in Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton and Boulder. If you are close by but not sure we cover your street, give us a call at (303) 555-0147 and ask.

My roof was hit by hail. What should I do first?

Stay off the roof and take photos from the ground if it is safe. If water is coming in, call us right away. Otherwise, schedule an inspection: we will check the roof, vents, flashing and gutters and give you photos and a written summary you can share with your insurance company.

Should I repair my roof or replace it?

It depends on the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is and how it has held up. After an inspection we explain what we found and give you the options. If a repair will do the job, we will tell you.

How long does a roof replacement take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the roof and on the weather. We will give you an expected schedule with your estimate and keep you posted if weather moves things around.

Do you install and repair gutters?

Yes. We install new gutters and downspouts, replace damaged sections, fix leaks and re-pitch gutters that hold water. If you are replacing your roof, we can look at the gutters as part of the same project.

What are your hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. You can send a request through the website at any time.

How do I get an estimate?

Call (303) 555-0147 or send a request through the contact form with your address and what you are seeing. We will arrange a time to look at the roof and follow up with a written estimate.
